Please see below about some family courses offered through Hampshire Healthy Steps.

Hampshire Healthy Steps offers families with 2-12-year-olds, support through a 6-session group programme. The programme offers families support and advice on eating well, getting active, sleeping well, healthy teeth, my community, and more. All groups are designed to be fun and interactive and to encourage children to get involved. Families can start the journey at any session, and we will ensure they are offered the 6 sessions. There are limited spaces available on our Hampshire Healthy Steps programme starting this week.
